Welcome to Creekside Park’s website! Our website serves as a connection for all Creekside homeowners to stay informed about happenings in the neighborhood.

Creekside Park, adjacent to Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant, SC is a wonderful, close knit, active neighborhood of 161 homes. Development began in the 1960’s with Creekside starting life as a chicken farm loaded with pecan trees. Homes in Creekside represent a wide variety of architectural styles with mature trees and landscaping.

Unlike any other neighborhood in Mt Pleasant, Creekside has over 10 acres of open space. This beautiful, park-like Common Property is available to all homeowners for walking, playing, and exercising pets. The Common Property includes a shaded children’s playground with swings, slides and wooden climbing structures. The neighborhood is forever grateful to the developer and late neighbor, Fred Scott, for this wonderful asset.

In addition to the park, Creekside amenities include a gated community boat landing on Shem Creek, perfect for viewing the beautiful lowcountry sunrise and sunsets and for fishing, crabbing or birding on the dock. This area also includes boat and fish cleaning stations, and a kayak rack for storage.

Creekside abounds with families of all ages and children galore. Neighborhood activities include Easter egg hunts, music in the Common Property with Creekfest, a 4th of July children’s parade, Halloween trick or treat, and luminaria at Christmas.

Also, immediately located in the neighborhood is the Creekside Tennis and Swim Club, which homeowners can join by separate membership.
